Abstract
SUMMARY Rosanti, Yuni. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “N” 25 Years Old With Frank Breech Indication at Setia Bala Arjosari Street Rt 5 Rw 1 Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health. Advisors : 1) Yuniar Angelia P. S.SiT. M. Kes, 2) Bd. Wenny R, S. Keb Continuity of Care method is one strategy to reduce maternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (IMR). By providing comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy to family planning program services. Midwifery care was done from May to July 2017. In Ny "N" 25 years old with indication of frank breech position at Setia Bala Arjosari street Malang. The general objective of this study is to provide continuous care of pregnant, maternal, postnatal, neonatal, and family planning care by using Varney management and documentation in SOAP NOTE. The midwifery care provided to Mrs ”N” was conducted 12 comprehensive visits from pregnancy to family planning services. In the third trimester 4 visits, 1 visit during childbirth, 4 visits postpartum care, and 2 visits newborn care, family planning 2 visits and the patient choosed a pill contraceptive. The results of a high uterine fundus examination (TFU) show that it is not appropriate for gestational age. Then the results of interpretation of fetal weight gain is also not appropriate with gestational age. Midwifery care is performed on patients with cesarean section (SC) surgery because the baby position is in the frank breech. So, it can be concluded that the condition of pregnancy is pathological. While childbirth care, newborns, and family planning program services in a physiological state.
