Abstract
SUMMARY Susilowaty, Nanda Evi. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “S” 25 Years Old in PMB Siti Nurcahyaningsih, Amd.Keb, Midwife Practitioner Malang. Final Task. DIII. Midwifery Study Program. Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor: (1) Patemah, S.SiT.,M.Kes Advisor: (2) Yuniar Angelia P, S.SIT., M.Kes Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality Rate are indicators of health development, in the 2016-2018 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia, where the maternal mortality rate reaches 359 per 100,000 live births while the infant mortality rate reaches 32 per 1,000 live births. One effort to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality rates is to increase access to quality health services for everyone at every stage of life with integrated services through comprehensive interventions. The general objective of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant women through the Family Planning process through the obstetric management approach. Comprehensive Midwifery Care at Mrs. "S" aged 25 years at PMB Siti Nurcahyaningsih, Amd.Keb is located in the area of the Fish Channel Nus No. 24, Mojolangu, Lowokwaru, Malang, East Java, carried out from April-August 2019 which was carried out by Continuty of Care from the third trimester of pregnancy to family planning, there are 10 visits consisting of 1 pregnancy visit, 1 labor visit, 4 postpartum visits, 2 newborn visits and 2 family planning service program visits conducted according to midwifery care standards with use Varney management and documentation (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Management). Based on the results of comprehensive obstetric care data obtained that, during pregnancy the mother does not experience pregnancy complications such as bleeding, anemia or pre-eclampsia from the first visit to the fourth visit. Gestational age ends at 38 weeks 3 days, 32 cm high fundus, right back, head position, entrance door on the pelvis 2/5 parts and there are signs of labor. The labor process went smoothly when I was ± 3 hours, when II was ± 30 minutes, when III was ± 15 minutes and when IV was ± 2 hours there was a hecting degree 2. The height of the fundus was two fingers below the center. Good uterine contractions and bleeding ± 30 cc, during the post partum of the mother and baby under normal conditions. Mother uses family planning condoms. The conclusion of the results of Continuity of Care midwifery in Ny. "S" starts from pregnancy until family planning takes place physiologically. The author suggests in the Continuity of Care Midwifery Care to further enhance care according to the standards of midwifery care, so that complications can be detected early to increase the degree of service and reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality.
