DHF (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever) is an infectious disease caused by the entry of the dengue virus into the body through the bites of Aedes aegypti and Aedes Albopictus mosquitoes which can appear throughout the year. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is known as an endemic disease in society because the process of spreading occurs very quickly in an area, and has even increased throughout the world in the last decade. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between home environmental sanitation and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in the Cemoro Kandang sub-district, Malang City. This study used an observational design with a cross sectional approach. The research method used cross-sectional research design that is carried out simultaneously or at one time. The researcher chose this cross-sectional research design was because it was simple, easy to implement, effective in terms of time, and results could be obtained quickly at the same time. The drawbacks of this cross-sectional study only because it could not analyze causality and disease exposure, and the sample was only observed once during the study. The results showed that the behavior of throwing garbage had no relationship with the incidence of DHF p=0.280 Temperature, lighting and humidity had a relationship with the incidence of DHF p=0.001. House index has no relationship to the incidence of DHF (p=0.061. Container index has no relationship to the occurrence of DHF (p=0.061. Breteau index (BI)) has no relationship to the incidence (DHF) (p=0.061 References : 47 References (2002-2021) Keywords : Home environment, sanitation, dengue hemorrhagic fever
