Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by dengue virus infection. DHF is an acute disease with clinical manifestations of bleeding that can cause shock which is able to lead to death. One of the efforts to change community behavior to support the improvement of health status is by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) development program. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is an action carried out on the basis of awareness that allows individuals, families, groups or independent communities who can help themselves and play an active role in the health sector in realizing public health. This study aims to determine the relation between clean and healthy living behavior and the incidence of DHF in the working area of the Sobo Health Center. The research design used was a correlative analytic research design with a cross sectional with total sampling approach. The sample used in this study was all people who had suffered from DHF or never suffered from DHF in the working area of the Sobo Health Center as many as 31 respondents. From the results of the study show that the variable which is statistically significant and related to the incidence of DHF was the PHBS variable (p=0.001), and variables that are not related to the incidence of DHF included house conditions (p=0, 474), room temperature (p=0.531), room humidity (p=0.598), and room lighting (p=0.132).
