v ABSTRACT Sari, Dian Yunita. 2021. Relationship of High Heels and Working Period to Work Fatigue at Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) Beauty at Department Store X Malang City. Thesis. S1. KL Fatigue (fatigue) is one of the risks that can cause a decrease in the health status of workers. The use of high heels and working period can cause work fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between high heels and years of service on work fatigue on sales promotion girl (SPG) beauty in Department Store X Malang city. The design of this study used an analytical method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 47 respondents using a total sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used was a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between high heels and years of service on work fatigue on sales promotion girl (SPG) beauty in Department Store X Malang city. The results shows that the category of work fatigue was mostly based on the height of high heels with low altitude, experience low fatigue are 30 respondents, experience middle fatigue are 11 respondent, and experience serious fatigue are 1 respondents. The SPG beauty use high heels with very high altitude experience low fatigue are 3 respondents, middle fatigue are 1 respondents, and serious fatigue are 1 respondents. SPG beauty with category new working period experience the low fatigue are 25 respondents, middle fatigue are 8 respondents, and serious fatigue are 2 respondents. Long working period experience low fatigue are 8 respondents, middle fatigue are 4 respondents. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test, the relationship between high heels and work fatigue is 0.000 < 0.05 (α), so there is a relationship between high heels and work fatigue. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test the relationship between tenure and work fatigue is 0.936 < 0.05 (α) so that there is no relationship between length of service and work fatigue.
