Personal hygiene is the clean, safe and healthy behavior of food handlers to prevent contamination of food from food preparation until food serving. Based on the BPOM report, the most outbreaks causes household cooking 49.15%. The purpose of this study is to determining the relationship between personal hygiene and food processing during Covid-19 pandemic in Kota Luma district, the working area of the Kedungkandang Public Health. This study used a cross-sectional correlational analytic design by distributing questionnaires to the research sumple. The sample in this study amounted to 99 people with simple random sampling. Analysis of research results use the Spearman rank test. The results of the stly concluded that the hygiene of the handlers that had a relationship with food processing during the Covid 19 pandemic was environmental cleanliness with a correlation value of 0.327 and the behavior of food handlers with a correlation value of 0.319. Meanwhile, the use of personal protective equipment has no relationship with food processing during the Covid 19 pandemic.
