Kebalen market is a market that uses the road as a place to selling and buying process. Market activities on the road causes traffic jams in which it causes CO pollution around the market. It can disrupt the health of traders. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the environmental health risk to traders due to CO exposure at Kebalen Market, Malang City. This research method used descriptive observation. The sample used was 59 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Analysis of research results using the method of Environmental Health Risk Analysis (ARKL). The results of this study indicate that the concentration of CO in Kebalen Market is 26,063 mg/m 3 . The RfC value is 1.207 mg/kg/day. Intake value is 1.614 mg/kg/day. The RQ value is 1.337 mg/kg/day. It is concluded that the CO concentration in the Kebalen Market exceeds the quality standard value. A total of 19 respondents were declared not at risk and 40 respondents were declared at risk. Traders are advised to use masks to reduce the amount of exposure to inhaled pollution.
