Comprehensive midwifery care was carried out on May, 3 rd 2018 to July, 11 th 2018, starting from assessment, early detection of potential problem, preparing diagnoses, planning midwifery care, implementation, evaluation, and documenting using SOAP notes. There were 12 visits during the care, they were 4 times during pregnancy, 1 time during labor, 4 times during postpartum, 2 times during newborn period, and 2 times during Family Planning. During the process of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs “S”, it was indicated that her pregnancy was physiological, the mother only complained of colds, frequent urination during pregnancy, and contraction although it was not frequent. The labor was normal where from stage I to stagre IV every process was physiological only 2 nd degree perinium wounds. During postpartum, there were complaints of perineal and breast milk that was clear so that the mother gave her baby formula milk but the mother still breastfed the baby so that the mother’s involution process was normal. The infant was 3.400 grams weight, 49 cm length, female and the process of initiating early breastfeeding went well and problems were not found. The mother always breastfed the baby even though it was added with formula milk and the mother always sun bathe the baby in the morning. After consultation with the husband the mother decided to use a 3month injective contraception. The conclusion of the care given is that midwifery care worked well. Midwives are expected to be able to provide better care service and in accordance with midwifery standards in order to improve the quality of midwifery service.
