Abstract
ABSTRACT Wonda, Arlin.2021 . Smart SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) Application Based Inpatient Room. Thesis. Nursing Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Frengki Apriyanto. S.Kep., Ners., M.Kep.(2) Rosly Zunaedi. S.Kep., Ners., M.Kep. Background: SOP in hospitals and other health services have an important role. However, there are still many health workers, especially nurses who provide nursing actions that are not in accordance with the existing SOPs. Research Objectives: To create an Android-based Smart Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) application so that it can provide results that can make it easier for nurses who are at the Puskesmas to work optimally and can provide service satisfaction to patients. Research Methods: This research used Research & Development (R&D) research design. The population in this study were all nurses at Karangploso Health Center. Software development is carried out using the waterfall development model. Research result: The result of this research is the application of SMART SOP at Karangploso Health Center which is based on the results of the FGD and based on existing theories. The application contains 2 (two) main menus, namely the contents of SOP data and View SOP. Conclusion: The smart SOP application was compiled based on the results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) consisting of two main menus, namely the contents of the data and seeing the data recap of the actions that have been carried out so that it can be checked again if there is a procedure that was missed in the implementation of the action and the SMART SOP application can be used as a method to help nurses in providing nursing care to patients in accordance with applicable standard procedures and more recommended to nurses who have just worked at the public health center puskesmas or hospital to be used as guidelines in carrying out nursing actions.
