Abstract
SUMMARY Alifiyah, Thoyibatul. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “P” 21 Years Old in Anik Rohanjarwati, Amd. Keb Midwife Practitioner Pakis Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: 1). Yulianik, Amd.Keb., S.KM., M.Biomed 2). Indah Dwi Jayanti, S.ST. Based on the data of Malang Health Departement in 2016, Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is 21 per 100,000 live births and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is 180 per 1000 live births. The purpose of the upbringing in this study is to provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care for women in the third trimester of pregnancy until family planning by using SOAP obstetric management in order to help the government project to lower MMR and IMR in the regency of Malang. Midwifery care method given to Mrs. "P" 21 years old G I P 0000 Ab 000 at Anik Rohanjarwati, Amd. Keb Midwife Practitioner since April until August 2017 by using Continuity of Care (COC). It was done by 12 home visits included four pregnancy visits, one labor visit, four parturition visits, two newborn visits, and two Family Planning visits. At the pregnancy period it was known that the score of KSPR 2, meant that it was a normal state of pregnancy. The process of labor and parturition were physiological. The baby boy was in normal and health condition with a weight of 4,600 grams, 50 cm height and no adaption disorder. At the time of Family Planning mother used 3 month injection as contraception and there was no complication. Overall the care that has been given to Mrs. "P" has no complication and all goes physiologically. The family are expected to be more concerned about pregnant women, labor, parturitition, newborn, and Family Planning. It is expected that midwife often give approach the patients and families for better care. Patients and families should also have a very high awareness in terms of health, especially during all process of Comprehensive Midwife Care.
