Abstract
ABSTRACT Fazriati, Umul. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “D” 25 Years Old at BPM Siti Nurcahyaningsih, Amd. Keb. Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: 1). Patemah, S.SiT, M. Kes. 2. Indah Dwi Jayanti, S.ST Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality (IMR) in Indonesia are still high, especially in Malang, East Java. Based on the data of Health Departement of Malang in 2016 MMR is 9 people and IMR is 87 babies. Related to these problems the purpose of this study is to provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care for mother and baby using by Continuity of Car started from pregnancy to Family Planning. This study used Varney method and documented by SOAP documentation. Midwifery care given to Mrs. “D” age 25 years in midwife practitioner Siti Nurcahyaningsih, Amd. Keb started from April to July 2017 is a Comprehensive Midwifery Care done since the third period of pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn dan Family Planning. It was performed 13 visits which included 4 visits during the pregnancy, 1 visit at the time of labor, 2 visits during the newborns, 4 visits during postpartum, and 2 visits for Family Planing. During midwifery care at the first visit of pregnancy, it showed that hemoglobin was 10.5 gr/dl, indicated that there was mild anemia with KSPR score 6, on the next visits the mother experienced fatique, backache, unable to sleep and cough. There was no complication in childbirth. Labor was in normal condition. Female baby was born with 3000 grams of weight and 49 cm height. In the second visit of neonatal baby’s weight dropped to 2800 grams. Postpartum run phisiologycally and mother chosed 3 month injection for Family Planning program. In this process mother was given in information and education to cope with the complains. During the process of a Comprehensive Midwifery Care approach to Mrs. “D”, she experienced physiologycal pregnancy, physiologycal labor, physiological postpartum, having infant in good health codition, and Family Planning by 3 month injection. All processes were appropriate to the existing theory. Patient expected to be aware of the importance of antenatal, labor, postpartum, newborn and family Planning.
