Abstract
SUMMARY Setyani Yunita, Dwi. 2017. Midwifery Care on Mrs.”M” 30 Years Old with G II P 1001 Ab 000 in Maternity Clinic of Muhammadiyah Malang. Final Taks. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Yuliyanik, S.KM, M.Biomed, (2) Senditya Indah Mayasari, S.ST. Continuity of Care method mentioned in SDKI data of 2012 was one of the efforts to lower Maternal Motartality Rate (MMR) and Infant Motarlity Rate (IMR) that were still high by providing comprehensive midwifery care. The number of IMR in 2015 was 102 per 100,000 live births, while the number of MMR was 22.31 per 100,000 live births. The general objective in this study was to provide midwifery care on a regular basis by Continuity of Care to Mrs.”M” starting from the third trimester of pregnancy, labor, postpartum, neonates and Family Planning using the midwifery management approach with SOAP documentation at the Maternity Clinic of Muhammadiyah Malang. The care given to Mrs.”M” were conducted comprehensively through 14 visits from pregnancy until Family Planning. In the third trimester, 4 visits were made, one visit was done during labor, 4 times during postpartum, 2 times during newborn, and 2 times for Family Planning that were documented through midwifery management in the form of SOAP. The results of a comprehensive obstetrics process on Mrs.”M” indicated pregnancy lasted 40 weeks 3 days with normal labor at the Maternity Clinic of Muhammadiyah Malang and the mother was helped by a midwife. The postpartum and newborn were normal and Mrs. "M" used 3-months injection as her Family Planning in order to keep the quality of breast milk. The conclusion was the comprehensive midwifery care run normal. It is expected that patients can improve their knowledge about pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn and Family Planning.
