Abstract
SUMMARY Setiawati, Yunita. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “A” 22 years old with oligohydramnion at Candi Telaga Wangi street Number 28 C RT 02 RW 01 Malang. Final task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health. Advisors : 1) Yuniar Angelia P. S.SiT, M.Kes, 2) Dwi Norma R, S.ST The method of Continuity of Care according to the Health Service of East Java in 2014 is one of the strategies to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate is still high by providing comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy to family planning. Midwifery care was conducted from April to June 2017, at 22-year-old Mrs A with oligohydramnios at Jalan Candi Telaga Wangi Number 28 C RT 02 RW 01 Malang from pregnancy to family planning. The general objective of this study was to provide continuity care in pregnant women, maternal, postnatal, newborn, and family planning using obstetric SOAP note management. Midwifery care given to Mrs. "A" performed 12 visits comprehensively from pregnancy to family planning. 4 visits In the third trimester, 1 visit during labor, 4 visits during the childbirth, 2 visits during the newborn, and 1 visit during Family Planning service and the documented through midwifery management in the form of SOAP note. In pregnancy, the results obtained from High Examination Fundus Uterus which was not appropriate to the age of pregnancy, the interpretation of fetal weight gain was normal. Mrs "A" birth visit was on a Sectio Caesarea operation because of the less amniotic fluid and the patient used condom contraception. The results of the care given to Mrs "A" in pregnancy and childbirth pathologic and midwifery care from the post partum care, newborn, to family planning, physiologically. Suggestion for midwives to further improve the quality of Continuity of Care and early detection of complications during pregnancy thereby reducing Sectio Caesarea surgery.
