Abstract
SUMMARY Naru, Yustina Anjelina. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “D” 30 Years Old in Masturoh, Amd. Keb Midwife Practitioner Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: 1. Yuniar Angelia P, S. SIT,. M. Kes, 2. Bd. Wenny Rahmawati, S. Keb Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia are still high. One of the biggest causes of maternal death is bleeding, and in infant death is low weight birth. The effort to minimize the cases is by giving Comprehensive Midwifery Care which objective is giving midwifery care from pregnancy period until Familly Planning in order to decrease Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate in Indonesia. Midwifery care for Mrs. “D” age 30 years old GIII P1001 Ab100 in Midwife Practitioner Masturoh Amd. Keb starting from April to July 2017, performed 12 visits consisting of four visits during pregnancy, one visit at labor, four visits during postpartum, for two visits in newborn baby, and two visits for familly planning. The method used in data collection is management approach in the form of SOAP. There were the result of patient’s anamnesa, mother and baby physical examination and simple laboratory examination. Pregnancy run physiologically, there was just a small complain of nausea and back pain. In the stage of delivery mother was in pathological state, because she had Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Oedema Porsio, it was why mother had to undergo Sectio Sesarea. Postpartum and neonatal periods run physiologically although the baby's birth weight was more than the normal weight, 4,600 grams. Mother and husband chosed to used Pills as Familly Planning contraception. Based on this research in Comprehensive Midwifery Care, it can be concluded that all processes from the pregnancy to Family Planning run physiologically. It is expected that midwifes as the pioneers of health workers can improve and maintain the quality of midwifery services so that the maternal and child health status is better to minimize MMR and IMR in Indonesia.
