Abstract
SUMMARY Malo, Maria Trisna. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “E” 32 Years Old in Soemidyah Amd. Keb. Midwife Practitioner Arjosari Malang City.Final Task Report. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors:(1) Ervin Rufaindah, S.ST.M.Keb (2) Waifti Amalia, S.ST.M.Keb Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is still high now. SDKI (Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey) has researched in 2012 that Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia reached 359 mother died at 100.000 live birth. Malang recorded 87 baby infant died in 2016 at 1000 live birth. Based One effort to decrease IMR and MMR is done by Continuity of Midwifery Care Method. By providing comprehensive care of midwifery to support the health of mother and baby. The purpose of this care is toimplement comprehensive care with the implementation of midwifery care management in pregnant women to family planning Midwifery care for Ny "E" was conducted from May - August 2017since the third trimester of pregnancy, labor, postpartum,newborns to familyplanning program services, Midwifery care for Mrs.”E” had been conducted through 12 continous visits. Continuity of Care (COC) for Mrs.”E” was 4 visits conducted during pregnancy, 1 visit during labor, 4 visits during postpartum, 2 visits in newborn period, and 1 visit for Family Planning. All the processes were documented using SOAP. When the Antenatal Care (ANC) researcher got the data from the book Mother and Child Health (KIA) with KSPR score 2 which means physiological pregnancy, with the first visit the mother complained of back pain. While on the first visit Intranatal Care provided monitoring labor by using partograf from stage I for IV. During the second stage of episiotomy performed because the stiff perinium. During the postpartum, newborn, and family planning visit, the care provided the examination of vital signs, physical and counseling. During pregnancy until family planning there were not anycomplications or severe problems,all examination results were still within normal limits.Based on the results of this study, it is to be expected that midwives can improve knowledge and skills in orderto provide comprehensive care to pregnant women,labor, newborn, family planning and it can prevents complications.Thus, this effort is expected and to be able to help to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) andInfant Mortality Rate (IMR).
