Abstract
SUMMARY Mardalena, Lolla Fitria. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “R” 23 Years Old at Soemidyah, Amd.Keb. Midwife Practitioner, Malang City. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of WidyagamaHusada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1)Ervin Rufaindah, S.ST, Keb (2)Yuniar Angelia, S.ST, Kes Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate(IMR) are measures of the health of a region that indicates the success of health care. Based on the data that had been obtained by the author in Soemidyah Ipung Amd, Keb. midwife practitioner, the number of patients in antenatal care was 93, in intranatal care was 14 people, in prenatal care was 9, newborn baby was 14, and Family Planning acceptors were 185 people. Objectiveof the final task was students were able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. “R” , 23 years old from pregnancy until Family Planning in Malang city. Midwifery care was conducted directly from the assesment, early detection of potential problems, preparing diagnosis,midwifery care planning, implementation, by using COC (Continuity of Care) with the use of SOAP documentation. The number of visit was 12, they were 4 visits during pregnancy in April, 1 visit during labor on May 13, 4 visits during postpartum, 2 visits during newborn period and 1 visit during Family Planning. The results of the Continuity of Care indicated the score of KSPR was 6 and the mother had physiological complaints. The labor process was normal. The baby born under normal condition. Mother used IUD ( Intrauterine Device) for her Family Planning. It could be concluded that midwifery care provided from pregnancy until Family Planning was well achieved. After conducting COC, midwife is expected to improve the ability and skills to diagnose the patient so that able to provide appropriate care.
