Abstract
SUMMARY Ikrimah. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “R” 34 years old G Iv P 2002 Ab 100. In Soemidyah Ipung, Amd.Keb Midwife Practitioner Malang City. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Healt Malang. Advisors: (1) Patemah, S.SiT, M.Kes (2) Septiana Juwita, S.SiT, MPH Based on the result of Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI), Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in 2014 was decreased, 359 per 100,000 live births; while the achievement of Infant Mortality (IMR) was 26.66 per 100,000 live births. The main causes of infant or neonatal mortality in Indonesia are 19% asphyxia and low birth weight (BBLR) 25%; while the biggest causes of maternal mortality are bleeding equal to 30,3%, hypertension 27,1%, infection 7,3% and other cause equal to 40,8%. The purpose of providing the comprehensive midwifery care to mowen during pregnant, labor, postpartum, newborn, and Family Planning was to monitor early complications. Midwifery care was performed in 12 visits, they were 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 time during labor, 4 times during postpartum, 2 times in newborn, and 1 time that were documented using photo and SOAP note. The results of treatment during pregnancy with KSPR 10 lasted physiologically. The labor was normal in Soemidyah midwife practitioner and assisted by the midwife. The postpartum was physiological. The baby born was normal with 3500 grams weight, 51 cm height and APGAR score was 9. The mother preferred to use condom as contraception for the Family Planning program. Midwifery care to Mrs. “R” 34 years old was physiological without any complications. It is suggested for delivery place to conduct complete and comprehensive data assessment according to standard. .
