Abstract
SUMMARY Wonga, Florentina. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs "D" with young Primi in Mrs Sukenny Soedjono, S.ST,S.Psi, Midwife Practitioner Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Jiarty Kusbandiyah, S.SiT.M.Kes, (2) Senditya Indah Mayasari, S.SiT The health status of a country is determined by Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality. Based on the SDKI (Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia) in 2016, MMR (Maternal Mortality Rate) of 359 / 100,000 live births, while IMR (Infant Mortality Rate) of 32/1000 live births. The causes of MMR and IMR are preeclampsia, bleeding, and infection. One effort to reduce MMR and IMR is comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs "D" at Mrs Sukenny Soedjono, S.ST, S.Psi midwife practitioner Malang with high risk pregnancy because mother age less than 20 years old, so that it, can cause premature baby, and baby Low weight birth and bleeding. Objectives are carried out comprehensively to implement the midwifery management approach in cases of pregnancy and childbirth, thereby reducing or eliminating morbidity and morbility. In providing comprehensive care of midwifery, 12 visits were done 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit at delivery, 4 visits during post partum, 2 visit in newborn, 1 visit for family planning program. The time required during the visit starts from April-August 2017. All processes are documented with SOAP. Based on, the review of midwifery care to Mrs "D" it was found that all periods from pregnancy to family planning were physiological and there was no gap between theory and practice. It is expected that to the comprehensive care can improve the awaraness and the knowledge especially to avoid the impact and the adolescent the risk.
