Abstract
SUMMARY Mairasul, Fhindy. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "R" 29 Years Old at Ambar Wati, Amd. Keb Midwife Practitioner Malang. Final Project. D3 Midwifery Program Study of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor, : 1. Jiarti Kusbandiyah, S, SiT. M. Kes. 2. Nicky Danur Jayanti, S.ST. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a new development agreement to continue the Millennium Development (MDGs) program which aimed to reduce MMR (Maternal Mortality Rate) and IMR (Infant Mortality Rate). SDGs target by 2030 is to reduce MMR to 70 per 100.000 live births and reduce IMR to 12 per 1.000 live births. In this study the purpose of Comprehensive Midwifery Care is to enable the students in giving midwifery services since pregancy periode untill KB aeeording to varney theonu and documented by SOAP note. The method of care given to Mrs.”R”, 29 years old in Ambar Wati, Amd. Keb Midwife Practitioner started from May - August 2017 was Comprehensive Midwifery Care, started from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, newborn baby, and Family Planning. The midwifery care was done in 12 visits, included four visits during pregnancy, one visit at delivery, four visits during childbirth, two visits in newborn period and one visit during Family P lanning program. After doing the upbringing in the third trimester of the pregnancy mother experienced shortness of breath when she was walking in a long distance, she felt exhausted and back pain after the activity and frequent urination at night because of the baby's head pressure. At the time of childbirth there was no complaint. Mother and baby were in physiological condition. Mother chosed IUD (Intra Uterine Device) as Family Planning contraception. Hopefully, the students are able to improve midwifery services in accordance with the whole standard of care and the analysis of pregnancy periode until Family Planning in order to be able to detect potensial problem earlier and overcome the problem as soon as possible for the decrease of IMR dan MMR in Indonesia.
