Abstract
SUMMARY Zahra, Fatimatuz. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “S” 18 Years Old in Sumiatun Sudemba, S. ST, M. Pd Midwife Proctitioner Polehan Malang City. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Stydy Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Yuliyanik, Amd. Keb. , SKM. M. Biomed (2) Waifti Amalia, S. ST, M. Keb. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is a measure of health status that indicates the success of health services in a country. MMR in Indonesia in 2015 reached 359/100.000 live births, IMR was 32/1.000 live births. MMR in East Java in 2014 reached 80/100.000 live births, IMR reached 29.5/1.000 live births. Based on the results of preliminary studies that had conducted, it was found that Mrs. “S” 18 years old with score of KSPR was 2, had physiological pregnancy. Objective of the final task is giving comprehensive midwifery care during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn, and Family Planning by providing midwifery care directly through obstetric management approach. Midwifery care was conducted through 8 visits, they were 4 visits during pregnancy (secondary data was taken from KIA book), 1 visit during labor, 4 visits during postpartum, 2 visits in newborn period, 2 visits during Family Planning program. The care was provided from March until June 2017 using SOAP (Subyektif Obyektif Analisa Penatalaksanaan) midwifery management. The results of midwifery care given that was conducted through 8 visits during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum indicated normal condition. Newborn period was also normal with baby weight was 2500 gr and baby lenght was 48 cm. The mother preferred three months injection as her Family Planning. It could be concluded that midwifery care was in line with midwifery care standard and gap between theory and practice was not found. It is expected that midwives can do home visits to the mother from pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn, and Family Planning in accordance with the standards of midwifery care.
