Thesis. S1 Environmental Health Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Tiwi Yuniastuti, S.Si., M.Kes (2) Agus Yohanan,SH., M.KL A work accident is an unexpected and unpredictable event that may result loss of time, property and even life. The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of the use of personal protective equipment with occupational accident at workers of production division of CV.Kajeye Food Malang City . This research type is explanary research with cross sectional approach. Population were all 13 workers of production in fruit stripping and cutting of CV.Kajeye Food Malang. Sample was taken by total sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. The data were analyzed by Fisher alternative test with α = 0,05. The results of this studyindicated the variable associated with the incidence of workplace accidents in the production worker of CV.Kajeye Food Malang was the use of APD (p = 0,021). Based on the results of research, it is suggested that workers should be disciplined to report the work accidents occured on the book of occurrence accidents, and must pay attention and implement regulations well. For the company, it is expected to increase supervision on the use of APD and give a rewards to employees who do not experience work accidents within a year due to the obedience to the use of APD.
