Abstract
SUMMARY Kewa, Elisabeth Sunarti. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs.‘’F’’ 17 Years Old in Midwifery Practitioner Sri Lejaring Tiyas, Amd.Keb Kota Malang. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada Malang. Advisors:(1)Ari Christiana, AMd.Keb.S.KM.,M.Kes (2)Senditya Indah Mayasari,S.SiT Report from Malang City Health Office 2015, Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) with target of 135 per 100,000 live births with achievement of 68.24 per 100,000 live birth and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) to 9.89 per 100,000 live births with target of 80% , coverage of pregnant woman's visit in 2015 reached 92,13% with target 95%, coverage of delivery health worker with 82% target reach 90,70%, active family planning coverage 70% reach 77,12%, health worker reach 85.59% with 80% target (HD, 2015). Based on preliminary study at Midwifery practtioner Sri Lejaring Tiyas, midwifery care as given to Mrs. "F" 17 years G I P 0000 Ab 000 40 weeks 1 week with KSPR 2. Purpose care is to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women in the third trimester, maternity, childbirth, neonatal, and family planning by using SOAP obstetric management. The midwifery care method used on comprehensive care in Mrs. "F", based on secondary data from maternal and child health books on July 22, 2017 with 40 weeks of gestation 1 day, with physiological pregnancy, the baby born spontaneously at 17.00 WIB, with female gender it was a normal delivery, 4 visits maternal postpartum was physiological, on second birth visit mother complained of nipple pain, 2 visits newborn care physiological, and 2 visits family planning the patient used condom. the evaluation the mother had not any complaints. In conclusion, the care that has been done starting from pregnancy obtained from the secondary data of maternal and child health books to family planning all run smoothly and there were not any problems or complications during providing care to Mrs. "F".
