Abstract
SUMMARY Margianingtyas, Dwi Retno. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs.”D” age 27 years old with Premature Rupture of Membranes in Blimbing - Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors : (1) Ari Christiana, Amd.Keb.,S.KM.,M.Kes. (2) Yuniar Angelia P.,S.SiT.,M.Kes. In 2007, Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) Indonesia decrease 228/100.000 life birth, then increase at 2012 become 307/100.000 life birth, and decrease again at 2015 as 305/100.000 life birth based on Survey of the Population Between Census at 1991 until 2015. The complication during pregnancy, labor and postpartum was one of the causes maternal and infant mortality. Comprehensive Midwifery Care conducted the aim to increase the quality of health care to mother and baby and also to detect and to plan the best solution earlier of complication that can occur. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs.”D” did as much 14 visits, which was 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during labor, 2 visits during newborn, 5 visits during postpartum and 2 visits during family planning. During the process of Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs.”D”, during Antenatal Care did not reveal any condition that pathological, but during Labor Care had experienced a condition which was not physiological in the labor process which is premature rupture of membranes and referred to Saiful Anwar Hospital but it can be overcome with good way, Mrs.”D” can deliver normally and smoothly in accordance with the normal labor care and accordance with the existing theory also during Postpartum Care, Newborn Care and Family Planning did not reveal any condition that pathological. Midwife was expected to analyze, to detect the complication that can occur earlier and to provide care that customize with standard care and condition of the client.
