Abstract

SUMMARY Nitasari, Dian Pipin. 2016. Midwifery Care to Mrs “S” during pregnancy until familly planning in Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor :(1) Ari Christiana, AMd.Keb., S.KM.M.Kes. (2) Jiarti Kusbandiyah,S.SiT,M.Kes. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is a measure of health status on the success of health services in a country. Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia reached 359 per 100,000 live births, IMR was 32 per 1,000 live births. Maternal Mortality Rate in East Java reached 80 per 100,000 live births, Infant Mortality Rate reached 29.5 per 1,000 live births. While in Malang Maternal Mortality Rate reached 68.24 per 100,000 live births, Infant Mortality Rate reached 9.89 per 1000 live births. Based on the results of preliminaryof preliminary studies have been conducted, it was found that Mrs “S” age of 29 years with a score of 2, which means KSPR physiological pregnancy. The purpose of this research is to be able to provide Comprehensive Care Midwifery Services in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning services by providing midwifery care directly through obstetrics management approach. Midwifery care was done as many as 12 visits, which was done 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit at delivery, 4 visits childbirth, 2 visits in newborn, 1 visit at family planing, and the result of physiological patient condition. All processes were documented with SOAP note. The results of a comprehensive obstetric care provided was appropriate and there was no gap between theory and practice that has been done. It was Expected midwives can improve obstetric care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning in accordance with the standards of midwifery care.
