Abstract
SUMMARY Hikmawati, Dhah Lillah. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care At Mrs. "W" Age 32 Years At Midwife Practitioner Ngadillah Shobirin, Amd. Keb. Pakis - Malang. Final Task. Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada Malang School of Health. Advisors: 1). Ari Christiana. Amd. Keb., S.KM., M.Kes. 2). Indah Dwi Jayanti, S.ST. Indonesia as one of the developing countries in Southeast Asia has a high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). MMR in Indonesia amounted to 359 / 100,000 live births and IMR 32/1000 live births (Kemenkes 2015). One of the government's efforts to overcome the problems was by doing Comprehensive Midwifery Care, which aimed to determine the early complications in pregnant women, maternity, newborn, postpartum, and Family Planning. Midwifery care was given to Mrs. "W" 32 years old G II P I00I Ab 000 at BPM Ngadillah Shobirin, Amd. Keb. from March to July 2017. During the midwifery care on Mrs. "W" conducted total 13 visits, those were four visits during the third trimester of pregnancy, one visit at the time of labor, four visits during post partum, two visits in newborn, and 2 visits for family Planning Program. During pregnancy there was no pathological complaints. Mrs. "W" gave birth a baby girl on 13 th June 2017 through a normal delivery in midwife practitioner Ngadillah Shobirin, Amd. Keb. The baby’s weight was 2800 gram, 48 cm height. The puerperal process run physiologically and Mrs. "W" chosed 3 month injection as Family Planning contraception as soon as the post partum ended. Based on the study we found that Comprehensive Midwifery Care works well because Mrs. "W" cares about her pregnancy, it can be seen from Mrs. W's activeness in conducting medical examinations to health personnel so that this can reduce the risk of Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate.
