Abstract
SUMMARY Fitrianingsih, Devi. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs ”R” 28 Years Old in SoemidjahIpungAmd.Keb Midwife Practitioner in Malang City. Final Task.D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Ari Christiana, Amd.Keb., S.KM., M.Kes (2) PatemahS.SiT., M.Kes Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia reached 359/100.000 live births and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) was 32/1000 live births (Kemenkes RI, 2015).Therefore it is necessaryto have comprehensive care in the form of Continuity Of Care (COC) to improve maternal and child health.The results of assessment in SoemidjahIpungmidwifepractitioner was the reason the author interested conducting midwifery care to Mrs. “R” 28 years old with 2 score of KSPR.The purpose of this final task was to give comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant women until Family Planning by providing care directly using midwifery management. Methods used was case studies delivered through 13 times of midwifery care, they were 4 times for pregnancy or Antenatal Care (ANC),1 for labor,4 times for postpartum,2 times for newborn baby, and 2 times for Family Planning. There was complaint of swollen leg in ANC visit.During the labor process an episiotomywas performed on the perineum. In PNC visit, the mother did notuse the right technique of breastfeeding. On the visit of new born, immunization of Hb0 was not given 2 hours after the baby born. After all of the involution process was finished,Mrs.”R” decided to use 3 months injectable contraception.Based on the evaluation,Mrs “R” did not have any complaint and problem.The midwife must conduct the comprehensive midwifery care started from pregnancy,labor, postpartum,newborn baby,until Family Planningin order to achieve the realization of a healthy family.
