vii SUMMARY Safitri, Yulia Dita. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Ny. "S" 19 years old at PMB Sri Hartatik, Amd. Keb Malang. Final Task. DIII. Midwifery Study Program. Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor 1: Yuliyanik, Amd.Keb., S.KM., M.Biomed. Advisor 2: Yuniar Angelia P, S. SiT., M. Kes. Maternal and infant mortality rates are a standard in assessing the health of a nation. In Indonesia the maternal mortality rate related to pregnancy, childbirth, and childbirth reaches 359/100.000 live births and the infant mortality rate reaches 32/1000 live births. This midwifery care aims to provide comprehensive midwifery services for pregnant women to family planning through a midwifery management approach so that they can detect the risks experienced by pregnant women to the family planning program. The method used in this research was comprehensive midwifery care in Ny. "S", 19 years old, at practices of independent midwife Sri Hartatik, Amd. Keb Malang City. Comprehensive midwifery care started from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and family planning. Midwifery care was performed 11 visits: 2 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during delivery, 4 visits during the postpartum period, 2 visits during the newborn period and 2 visits for family planning. Based on the results of comprehensive midwifery care that had been done obtained data that, Mrs. "S" pregnancy included physiological pregnancy which meant that labor can be assisted by midwives. During pregnancy visits the patient didn’t experience risks and complaints experienced were normal complaints, complaints that appear at the time before delivery that the patient felt a contraction. Labor also took place physiologically because there were no problems during the birth process. During the puerperium also took place without any problems, complaints experienced by patients were normal complaints and there were no signs of danger. Baby born with male, weight 2,900 grams, length 52 cm, strong crying baby, active motion and reddish skin, in the care of newborns who have done no danger signs. Mother's family planning program choosed 3 month injection contraception, when evaluating contraceptive used, the patient felt comfortable and there were no complications. In the future, midwives were expected to be able to maintain the quality of midwifery services and patients had the awareness to take care of their health by conducting routine checks on the practice of midwives, health center and hospitals.
