Abstract
vi SUMMARY Putri, Yana Eriska. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "E" 33 years old at Midwives Practice Independently Sri Hartatik, Amd. Keb Malang. Final Task. Study Program DIII Midwifery Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor: 1. Yuliyanik, S.KM., M.Biomed. Advisor: 2. Jiarti Kusbandiyah, S.SiT, M.Kes. In 2017 the lowest maternal mortality rate is in Malang regency that is equal to 46.48 per 100,000 live births or maternal deaths in Malang as many as 18 people. In 2017 the maternal mortality rate in Malang has decreased compared to the previous year, in 2016 the number of maternal deaths was 21 people. In 2016 he infant mortality rate in Malang district has increased, 1.61 per 1000 live births then in 2017 it increased to 2.08 per 1000 live births. This study aims to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality by making an effort to improve midwifery health services by providing comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy until family planning. Comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. "E" 33 years old has been done 13 times visite, consisting of 4 times visite during pregnancy, 1 time visite during childbirth, 4 times visite during childbirth, 2 times visite during newborns, and 2 times visite during birth control. The examination results are documented through midwifery management in the form of Subyektf Obyektif Analisis Management(SOAP). Based on comprehensive midwifery care performed to Mrs. "E" obtained in the examination of high uterine fundus pregnancy within normal limits and the head had entered the pelvic door during the 3rd ante natal care visit. Childbirth took place physiologically there was a second degree birth laceration. The puerperal period lasts physiologically, the mother complains of pain in the suture wound, involution goes normally, and the process of breastfeeding can be done well, on the second day the mother experiences a breast milk dam and has done oxytocin massage. On day 5 the stitches blend well and begin to dry. Babies classified as physiological, get breast milk. The baby experienced weight loss on day 3 which is 300gram. The mother chose the contraceptive method for lactation amenorrhoea and condoms at 10 weeks Post Partum and had not menstruated, there were no side effects after use. The comprehensive midwifery care process that has been carried out is expected by the patient to have an awareness of the importance of conducting health checks. Midwives are expected to further improve the quality of services so they can provide better care in accordance with midwifery care standards, so as to help reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality rates.
