Abstract
SUMMARY Wati, D. Ayu K.S Ari Karisma. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs."A" Age 29 Years At Sri Lejaring Tiyas Amd.Keb Midwife Practitioner Malang. Final Project. D3 Midwifery Study Program Widyagama Husada Malang School of Health. Advisors : 1. Patemah, S.SiT, M. Kes, MPH 2. Ervin Rufaindah, S.ST, M.Keb One of the focus on Health Development in Indonesia is improving the health status of mothers, infants, toddlers and Family Planning. Some important indicators related to maternal and neonatal health status include MMR (Maternal Mortality Rate) and IMR (Infant Mortality Rate). Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a new development agreement for the decrease of MMR and IMR. In this case,SDGs sets a target that by 2030. Indonesia must reduce MMR 70 per 100.000, while IMR is 12 per 1000 live births. The objective of this Comprehensive Midwifery Care in this study is to give obstetric care started from pregnancy until the Family Planning process with assessment using Varney management and documentation of SOAP note. The method of care given to Mrs. "A", 29 years old at Sri Lejaring Tiyas Midwife Practitioner started from April to August 2017 was Continuous of Care. It was given from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, newborn and Family Planning. A total of 12 visits during midwifery care included four times during pregnancy, one time at the time of delivery, four times during post partum, two times in newborn baby and one time for Family Planning. After doing midwifery care data showed that during pregnancy mother complained of back pain, so she was given consultaion, information and education to eliminate her inconvenience. Labor was on July 30 th 2017 at 9.45 pm in Sri Lejaring Tiyas Midwife Practitioner. A baby girl born weighted 3,000 gr, 50 cm height and Apgar Score 7-8. In the postpartum period the mother did not have problem and chosed MAL ( Metode Amenorea Laktasi) as Family Planning contraception. Based on the Comprehensive Midwifery Care resulted that all processes from pregnancy until Family Planing were physiological. The midwifes are expected to provide better services in accordance with midwifery care, so it can reduce MMR and IMR in Indonesia.
