Abstract
SUMMARY Mukamal, Ayu Anita Sumbara Wati. 2017. Comprehensif Midwifery Care to Mrs. “S” 20 Years Old at Mar’atus Sholikhah, Amd. Keb Midwife Practitioner Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: 1. Patemah, S. SiT, M. Kes. 2. Wenny Rahmawati S. Keb. Matenal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia are still very high and they have not achieved the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) in 2015. In consequence, the Goverment formed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which continues new MDGs program to decrease MMR and IMR in 2016-2030. One of efforts to overcome that case is by applying Comprehensive Obtetric Care mother and infant. The objective of this study is to provide midwifery care started from pregnancy to Family Planning program by using Varney theory with obstetric management apporoach and SOAP documentation. Continuity of care to Mrs “S” age 20 year old in Midwife Practitioner Mar’atus Sholikhah, Amd. Keb since April - May 2017 was the care method that given from the 3 rd trimester of pregnancy, childbrith, porturition, new born, and Family Planning. The midwifery care was performed totaly 12 visit, it included 4 visits during pregnancy, one visit at the time childbirth, 4 visits during porturition, 2 visits during new born and 1 visits during Family Planning. Based on Comprehensif Midwifery Care, it showed that during the pregnancy mother often did urination, and there was a perineum injury level 2. Mother experienced pain when she was having a pup. The baby’s sclera was normal. Dealing to the state of the mother, she was given counseling, information and education to overcome all problems to make her feel comfortable. From the result can be concluded that both mother and baby were in normal condition. Hopefully midwife can improve and maintain the quality of Comprehensif Midwifery Care. So the patients are also have the awareness of the importance of Comprehenshif Midwifery Care by examining her health to medical staff to participate in decreasing MMR and IMR in Indonesia.
