Abstract
SUMARY Silviawati. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Ny. "R" 23 with the first Prologed Labor at BPM Anik Rohanjarwati. Amd Keb. Malang. Final Taks. M.Kes Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate is one indicator of the degree of health to the success of health services in a country. In 2017 in the Province of East Java the Maternal Mortality Rate reached 91.92 per 100,000 live births, the Infant Mortality Rate reached 23.1 per 1,000 live births. In this study, one of the efforts to overcome the high maternal mortality rate and child mortality rate is to implement comprehensive midwifery care for mothers and their babies, which aims to provide comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy to the family planning process. Care was conducted from July to August 2019. Care was given in Continuity of Care from the third trimester of pregnancy to family planning. There were 9 visits, 1 pregnancy visit, 1 childbirth visit, 4 childbirth visits, 2 newborn visits and 1 family planning visit according to midwifery standards using Varney management and Subjective, Objective, Analysis, and Management documentation. Based on care carried out on 26-06-2019 it was found that Mrs. "R" Age 23 years old Physiological pregnancy, which means a low-risk pregnancy so that it can be helped by a midwife, this pregnancy was the first pregnancy, midwifery care was performed to monitor the progress of the pregnancy, in the face of complications. Complaints felt in the third trimester, including physiological, namely pain in the back because the uterus was getting bigger and causes the mother's body to become lordosis. Physiological childbirth but in the first stage infusion was performed with the indication that it was inadequate. In the second stage the baby was born spontaneously with a birth weight of 4,000 grams and a length of 50 cm, the infant Apgar Score 7-9. The physiological puerperium, involution was normal, and the mother gave exclusive breast milk and the mother felt pain in the suture wound at 6 days post partum. The process of birth was classified as physiological birth weight 4,000 grams, female, the baby was given exclusive breast milk. The mother choosed 3-month injection contraception and there were no side effects after use. Midwives must further improve the quality of services in the hope that they can provide better care according to midwifery care standards. So that they can provide services in order to detect problems early, labor can be overcome with appropriate and fast action.
