Abstract
vii SUMMARY Saleh, Cahyani Puspita Resky. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "M" 40 Years old GIV P3003 Ab000 High Risk Pregnancy at Kendalsari Health Center Malang. Maternal and infant mortality rates are one indicator of health development in the 2015-2019 SDG’s and RPJMN in Indonesia, where the maternal mortality rate is 102 per 1000 live births and the infant mortality rate is 23 per 1000 live births. In 2030 the target of reducing maternal mortality must be below 70 per 100,000 live births while 12 infant deaths per 100,000 live births. One effort to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates is to increase access to quality health services for everyone at every stage of life with integrated services through comprehensive interventions. Midwifery care was performed to Mrs. "M" at the Kendalsari Community Health Center in April-June 2019 with 13 visits: 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit delivery, 4 visits during the puerperium, 2 visits in newborns, and 2 visits for the Family Planning program using the 3 month injection contraceptive method. Based on the results of comprehensive obstetric care data obtained that the patient was categorized in High Risk Pregnancy due to the age and distance of the patient's pregnancy. During pregnancy in the first trimester to the third trimester the patient experienced mild anemia, but after giving care, these complaints can be resolved. Before delivery the doctor conducted an ultrasound examination that the patient should have surgery because of suspected placenta previa. After surgery was prepared and the patient was in the operating room, it turned out the patient can give birth normally in the operating room. During the postpartum period 2 hours post partum took place physiologically. Newborns weight 3,250 grams were included in the normal range and increased to reach 5,400 grams at the 6 week post partum visit. In the family planning program, patients used 3-month injection contraception and counseling was also given an evaluation for the use of contraception. The results of the assessment during pregnancy, childbirth, the puerperium, newborns and family planning carried out physiologically. It was expected that midwives can maintain the quality of midwifery services and patients have awareness in maintaining their health by conducting routine checks on the location of health facilities.
