Abstract
SUMMARY Kaka, Apliana Ambu .2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. “P” 23 Years Old GI P0000 Ab000 from Pregnancy until Family Planning at Sumiatun Sudemba Amd.Keb Midwife Practitioner Polehan-Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health. Advisors : (I) Yuniar Angelia P., S.SiT., M.Kes. (2) Ervin Rufaindah S.ST.M.Keb Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesian Was 359 per 100,000 live births, while Infant Mortality Rate 32 per 1000 live birth. One of the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR is implementing a comprehensive midwifery care during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, neonatal and family planning through Continuity of Care ( COC ) approach. The general objective of the care in this final task is the student is able to perform midwifery care from pregnancy until family Planning. Midwifery care was conducted comprehensively by using management approach, that was performed 12 visits: 4 visits at the visits of pregnancy, 1 visits of labor, 2 visits in neonatal period, 4 visits in postnatal and 2 visits in family Planing. The results of care that have been done indicate that during the pregnancy with 40 weeks of gestation in physiological state.The delivery process was second stage of prolonged ,so, the mother should be referred to the Air Force Hospital Pakis-Malang, childbirth was assisted by the midwife it was in normal childbirth , normal newborn, weight 2500 gr, body length 49 cm, apgar score 7-8, and family planning Mrs "P" used Condoms. The conclusion of Mrs”P” comprehensive care was in physiological state. It is recommended for health workers or midwives to conduct complete and comprehensive data assessment according to standard.
