Abstract
RESUMARY Munfariqoh, Anisa Hikmatul. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs “K” 30 Years Old in Srimar Yulianty S.TR.Keb Midwife Practitioner. BunulMalang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Yuniar Angelia P, S.Sit, M. Kes 2) Patemah, S.SiT,M.Kes Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are benchmarks of the health of a region that indicates the success of health care. Based on Indonesia’s health demographic survey in 2012 MMR reached 356/100.000 live birth and IMR were 32/1000 live birth. Based on the data that had been obtained by the author in Srimar Yulianty S.TR.Keb midwife practitioner in January-March 2017, the number of patients in antenatal care was 61, in intranatal care was 14 people, in postnatal care was 9 people and new acceptors were 10 people. Objective of the midwifery care in this final task is the student is able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. “K”, 30 years old from pregnancy until Family Planning in Malang city. Midwifery care was conducted directly from the assessment, early detection of potential problems, preparing diagnosis, midwifery care planning, implementation, and evaluation, by using COC (Continuity of Care) approach and SOAP documentation. The number of visit was 12, they were 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during labor, 4 visits during postpartum, 2 visits during newborn period and 1 visit during Family Planning program. From midwifery care provided, it could be concluded thet generally the process of pregnancy until Family Planning was normal. There was a complaint of insomnia in intranatal care period and breast milk is not swit in postnatal care period. Correct management of breastfeeding was informed and trained to the mother in the next step. After the management and evaluation, it was obtained that the mother was in normal condition. In this case the author was able to provide midwifery care in a comprehensive manner by providing care directly through obstetric management approach. It is expected that midwives can do home visits to the mother from pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn, and Family Planning in accordance with the standart of midwifery care.
