Abstract
SUMMARY SUMMARY Alviena, Nurul Huda. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. "R" Age 25 Years At BPM Ngadilah Sobirin, Amd. Keb, Pakis, Malang. Thesis. DIII Midwifery Stikes Widyagama Husada Malang. Supervisor: 1. Nicky Danur Jayanti, S.ST, M.KM 2. Septiana Juwita, S.SiT, MPH Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia is still relatively high. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in East Java tends to increase in the last two years. In 2017, the MMR of East Java Province reached 91.92 per 100,000 live births. One effort to overcome this incident was implemented in comprehensive midwifery care starting from pregnancy to the family planning process. Early detection of risk factors for pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, newborns, and family planning can reduce the factors of MMR and IMR. Early detection is carried out through pregnancy monitoring Antenatal Care because it has proven to have a very important role in efforts to improve mental and physical health during pregnancy and to deal with labor. The aim of this Comprehensive Midwifery Care research is that students can provide midwifery care to improve the health of mothers and children so that the MMR and IMR problems can be reduced. The Midwifery Care method given to Mrs. "R" aged 25 years at BPM Ngadilah Sobirin, Amd.Keb since April-July 2019 is a Comprehensive Midwifery Care conducted in Continuity Of Care (COC) from the third trimester of pregnancy to family planning. This care was carried out as many as 13 visits consisting of 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during childbirth, 4 visits during childbirth, 2 visits to newborns, and 2 visits during birth control which were carried out according to the standard of Midwifery Care using Varney management and SOAP documentation (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Management). The results of care given to Mrs. "P" during pregnancy the mother's body weight only increased by 2 kg, because during the first trimester the mother experienced nausea, vomiting and weight of the mother fell 8 kg, but from the examination results within normal limits seen from Fetal Weight Estimation (TBJ) Appropriate Pregnancy Period (SMK) during the third trimester the mother complained of frequent urination, and vaginal discharge but within physiological limits. At the time of the birth process is normal physiological mother and baby healthy and safe. The puerperium Mrs "R" runs normally there are no signs of postpartum depression in the mother, care for newborns within the normal limits of healthy infants. In the family planning care Mrs. "R" and the husband chose 3 months injection contraception, no contraindications were found when performing care. In Comprehensive Midwifery Care everything is done according to standards, so that complications that may occur can be overcome.
