Abstract
SUMMARY Novara. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs.“W” 34 Years Twins (Gemelli) and Low Birth Weight (LBW), in Independent Practices Midwife Khalimatus Sadiya, Amd.Keb. Pakis. Malang Regency. Final Task. DIII Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor: 1). Ervin Rufaindah, S.ST.,M.Keb, Advisor: 2). Yuliyanik, AMd.Keb.,S.KM.,M.Biomed. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate are still high in Indonesia and the achievement target per birth is still not optimal. Based on, the data the World Health Organization (WHO) national health status in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target around 830 women past away of every day due to pregnancy complications and childbirth, Maternal Mortality rate of 216 per 100,000 live births (WHO, 2017) . The aim of midwifery care is an effort to reduce maternal and infant mortality. Midwifery comprehensive care pregnancy , childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning services. Midwifery care was carried out in May-July 2019, to Mrs. "W" G II P 1001 Ab 000 starting from the third trimester of pregnancy to family planning. Health services provided to pregnant women begin at the third trimester of pregnancy, the method of 4 visits pregnancy at antenatal care service used a standard of 14T, 2 visits newborn, 4 visits postpartum and 2 visits family planning services. The documentation used midwifery management, used of subjective and objective data analysis. The data was showed Mrs. The "W" G II P 1001 Ab 000 high-risk pregnancy as KSPR score was 6, the first and second pregnancy intervals are > 10 years. The results of the comprehensive care to Ny. "W" gestational age of 37 weeks 2 days normal delivery was twins and low birth weight. Antenatal care was taken in the form of secondary data. The process of stage I and Stage II physiologically, but at stage II was detected gemelli or twin fetuses normal delivery, newborns had low birth weight, the first baby was 2200 grams, the second baby 1900 grams, the lenght of the baby was: 42 cm , afgar score: 7. Normal postpartum period and used 3-month injection contraception. There was a gap between the theory and practice of continuity of care, when immunization before the baby's weight reaches the normal limit of 2000 grams. The writer concluded that midwifery care to Mrs. "W" started from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning services in normal circumstances despite the twin (gemelli) delivery process. The writer suggested that the health workers be more careful and improve their knowledge to provide optimal antenatal care.
