Abstract
SUMMARY Sari, Nofa Ayu Pramila. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Ny. "R" 26 Years Old at PMB Sri Hartatik, Amd. Keb Jl. Ciwulan No. 96 Purwantoro, Blimbing. Malang. Final Task. DIII Midwifery Study Program. Widyagama Husada College of Health Sciences Malang. Advisor: 1. Patemah, S. SiT., M. Kes. Advisor: 2. Senditya Indah, M, S. SiT., M. Kes. Maternal Infant Mortality Rates are a measure of the degree of health and success of health services in a country. In Indonesia the Maternal Mortality Rate reaches 359/100,000 Live Births and the Infant Mortality Rate reaches 32/1000 Live Births. In Malang, the Mortality Rate reaches 80 people /100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate reaches 14/1000 live births. The aim of this care is to provide comprehensive midwifery care services for pregnant women to family planning through the midwifery management approach. The method used in this research Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Ny. "R", 26 years old, at PMB Sri Hartatik, Amd. Keb Jl. Ciwulan No. 96 Purwantoro, Blimbing. Malang. Comprehensive Midwifery Care started from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning. Based on the results of Comprehensive Midwifery Care, the Antenatal Care visit of the mother was normal, after examination of vital signs, weight, height measurement for upper arm circumference, measurement of the mother's outer pelvis, maternal pregnancy in normal circumstances.Trimester III the mother experiences physiological complaints. Childbirth took place in Sectio Caesarea on May 28, 2019 at Mutiara Bunda Hospital delivery performed by Sectio Caesarea because there were complications on the day of birth, Sectio Caesarea was done on its own request, baby born crying strong reddish skin, female, weight 2900 grams, length 49 cm, for postpartum care and family planning was physiologically,there were not any complications and the mother choosed condom contraception because her husband far away and it did not interfere with the process of breastfeeding. Comprehensive midwifery care processes carried out to Mrs. "R" starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and contraception physiologically only labor was pathologically that must be carried out Sectio Caesarea. In the future, midwives are expected to be able to maintain the quality of midwifery services and patients have the awareness to take care of their health by conducting routine checks at community health centers or hospitals.
