East Java is a province with a high maternal and infant mortality rate. There were 529 total maternal mortality rates and 3,234 total neonatal mortality rates in East Java in 2013-2015. Whereas according to the 2016 Intercensal Population Survey the target for the Maternal Mortality Rate is 305 / 100,000 live births, in 2016 the East Java Provincial Maternal Mortality Rate reaches 91.00 / 100,000 live births. The purpose of the study is to carry out comprehensive care with the application of midwifery management in pregnant women to family planning. Comprehensive midwifery care was carried out from March - September 2019. Since the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, newborns until family planning. The care provided was carried out 12 visits and documentation through midwifery management in the form of subjective, objective, assessment, planning. Antenal Care researchers got data from the Mother and Child Health book. On the first visit the care provided monitors labor and used a partograph. During the postpartum period, 4 visits were performed, the care provided was examination of vital, physical signs and counseling. The newborn baby performed 2 visits the care provided was examination of vital signs, physical anthromrometry and counseling. During the process of pregnancy the mother experienced normal complaints experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester and there were not complications. Labor normal, in the first stage the opening of 4 cm until the complete opening of 10 cm lasts 2 and a half hours, the second stage lasts 16 minutes assisted by the midwife born on 30 July 2019, at 23:16 WIB, male with weight 3200 grams, strong cry, redness, active moves, not deformed and directly at the Early Breastfeeding Initiation. Stage III it lasts 4 minutes after the baby was born. Stage IV monitoring 2 hours post partum to find out the condition of the mother after giving birth, during the postpartum period there were notany complaints, 2nd degree suture injuries and treated wounds. Newborns were given breast milk from birth until now without being given formula milk, the baby was born weighing 3200, on the 3rd day the baby's body weight increases to 3400 grams, and when the baby was immunized Bacullus Calmette Guerin and POLIO I The baby's weight gained 3900 grams at the age of 16 days and for family planning the mother used a condom as a family contraceptive means that there were no complications or severe problems, all the examination results were still within normal limits. Based on the results of this study, midwives were expected to be able to improve their knowledge and skills in providing comprehensive midwifery
