Abstract
SUMMARY Lamatokan,SedoKuma Emilia.2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs.”S” 24 years old at Puskesmas Dinoyo-Malang. Final Task. DIII Midwifery Study Program Widyagama Husada School of health Malang. Advisor: 1). Nicky Danur Jayanti,S.ST.M.KM. Advisor : 2).Yuliyanik, Amd. Keb,SKM.M.Biomed. Based on data from the malang health office in 2016, the infant mortality rate reached 126, but in 2018 the infant mortality rate dropped to 66 cases, as maternal mortality rate. According to the report of the head of Family Selection and nutrition at Malang health office, the maternal mortality rateb has dwcreased from 14 cases to 8 cases. In order to improve the degree of health, the writer conducted a study aimed by providing comprehensive midwifery care to pregnancy family planning services, so that maternal and child health could be improved and the problem of maternal and infant mortality rates could decline. This midwifery care was given to Mrs “S” 24 years old at puskesmas Dinoyo – Malang from April to August 2019. In this midwifery care was carried out as many as 12 visits: 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visits maternity, 2 visits newborn baby,4 visits puerperal, and 2 visits family planning services. In this midwifery patient the patient as an object in a good physical and psychological state and the number of KSPR score 6 was high risk pregnancy because abortion, can still be helped by midwives with a referral level of health centers and hospitals. During pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning running normally. Baby girl born healthy with a weight of 3100 grams and a body length of 50 cm. mother decides to use injection contraception 3 months after the postpartum period ends. The comprehensive midwifery care process performed at Mrs “S” can be concluded that from comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy to physiological family planning sevices. Midwife are expected to be able to improve the quality of midwifery services and patients have health awareness so as to reduce the number of maternal and infant mortality.
