Abstract
SUMMARY Kristine, Agnes Novi. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "F" 18 Years Old. In Midwifery Practitioner C. Yunita R, Amd.Keb. Buring - Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor (1) Yuniar Angelia P, S.SiT.M.Kes (2) Jiarti Kusbandiyah, S.SiT. M.Kes. One important indicator in determining the degree of public health in a particular area is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) giving birth and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Coverage of obstetric complication in Malang is still low in 2014 that is 63,05% to decrease MMR and IMR, it is conducted comprehensive maternal obstetric care, maternity, nifas, neonate, and family planning through Continuity of Care (COC) approach. One of the cultures in the community related to traditional “oyok” massage still hard and it can have an impact on pregnancy and childbirth. Mrs. "F" lives in that cultural environment and the lack of knowledge and experience because it is the first pregnancy, therefore, it is required assistanced to Mrs. "F". The general purpose of this final project is that students are able to perform midwifery care from pregnancy until family planning. The author is interested in providing comprehensive care to Mrs. "F" 18 years old in midwifery practitioner C. Yunita R, Amd.Keb. This midwifery care was done comprehensively using the Varney management approach. Midwifery care performed 13 visits, 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during childbirth, 4 visits during postpartum, 2 visits during newborns, 2 visits family planning service. Place of care that was in BPM C. Yunita Rahayu, Amd.Keb Perum CPBR D2 No. 6 Wonokoyo Malang and Mrs. "F‟s” house at Tlogosari 1/6 District Kedung Kandang Malang. The time required during the care was on April-August 2017. During the comprehensive care process at Mrs. "F" there was no pathological condition either in terms of subjective data checking or physical examination. All the processes that run have been in accordance with the existing theory. The results of a midwifery treatment performed during pregnancy until 42 weeks of gestation are physiological, and normal deliveries. The postpartum period is normal from the lactation process, newborn weight 3100 gr, body length 50 cm, Apgar Score 7-9, and family planning Mrs. "F" used condom contraception. It can be concluded that the comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. "F" was physiologically. In this case the midwife is expected to be able to detect early complications and to provide care according to the standard and adjusted to the condition of the patient.
