Abstract
SUMMARY Lelaona, Masi Emilia 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Ny. "N" 32 old with Prolonged Latent Phase and Premature Rupture of Membranes eat BPM Soemidyah Ipung, Amd. Keb Malang. Final Task DIII Study Program School of Health Widyagama Husada Malang. Advisor: 1. Yuliyanik, Amd.Keb., S.KM, M, Biomed. Advisor : 2. Nicky Danur Jayanti, S.ST, M.KM. Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality Rates are health degrees to the success of health services in a country. In 2016 Indonesia’s. Maternal Mortality Rate reaches 359 per 100,000 live births, infant mortality is 32 per 1,000 live births. This research is an effort to overcome the high maternal and infant mortality rate. implementing comprehensive midwifery care. Of the study the aims to make early detection starting during pregnancy to the family planning process in order to reduce maternal to and infant mortality rate. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "N" 32 old BPM Soemidyah Ipung was performed 12 visits, consisting of 4 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during childbirth, 4 visits childbirth, 2 visits newborns, and 1 visit family planning service. KSPR score 2 results where Ny. "N" includes a low risk pregnancy. Based on Comprehensive Midwifery Care conducted, it was found that at 39 weeks 4 days the fetal head had not entered the pelvic floor. Childbirth undergoes Prolonged Latent Phase and ends with Caesarean Sectio. The puerperal period of 2 weeks physiologically high fundus uteri did not palpable. Mothers only gave breast milk without formula milk, this helped the process of uterine involution back to normal. After the baby was born in a condition did not cry, for 4 minutes resuscitation and oxygen given the baby was crying strong, normal reflexes, weight 3,300 grams, length 48 cm. Mothers choosed condom contraception after 1 week of using condom contraception there were no complaints in patients. During the comprehensive midwifery care process that had been carried out it was hoped that midwives can be more careful in providing appropriate care counseling so that, patients can understand the problem and can be detected early.
