Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor: 1. Yuniar Angelia P, S.SIT., M.KES. Advisor: 2. Waifti Amalia,S.ST., M.Keb Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality Rates are a measure of the degree of health and success of health services in a country. In Indonesia the Maternal Mortality Rate reaches 306 per 100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate reaches 24 per 1000 live births. In Malang City the Mortality Rate reaches 80 people per 100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate reaches 14 per 1000 live births. The aim of the management of Comprehensive Midwifery Care in this thesis is that students are able to carry out midwifery care from pregnancy to family planning. Comprehensive Midwifery Care was conducted in July - August 2019 with 11 visits, namely 2 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit during delivery, 2 newborn visits, 4 postpartum visits, and 2 visits to the Family Planning service process.Midwifery care was carried out using the Varney approach and documented with subjective, objective, assesssment, planning. The results of care given to Mrs. "E" 40 years old GII PI00I Ab000 starting from 36 weeks 3 days of gestation to 38 weeks 3 days at BPM I.G.Ayu Karningsih, Amd.Keb did not experience a gap. The childbirth process lasted for 3 hours and 30 minutes. Stage II lasts 20 minutes spontaneously. Stage III injected 2x oxytocin because the placenta was not born in the first 15 minutes to 15 minutes the second placenta was not born so the management of placental retention was carried out. and stage IV was going well so there were no gaps. Normal baby boys, cry strong, active moves, weight 3000 grams, length 51 cm, APGAR score 7-8. The postpartum period was normal. The patient chose 3month injection contraception because it did not interfere with the process of breastfeeding and activity. It can be concluded that during the provision of Comprehensive Midwifery Care from Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, newborns, and family planning patients in physiological conditions, even though the third stage of labor there were obstacles that the placenta was not born after 30 minutes and the management of retained placenta, but it can be overcome by handling proper placental retention so that it did not require serious treatment or referral. Midwives were advised to improve midwifery services for mothers starting from pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, newborns, and family planning in accordance with the standards of midwifery care.
