Abstract
SUMMARY Novianti, Devi. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Ny. "S" Age 22 years at BPM Ngadilah Sobirin., Amd. Keb., Kota Malang. Final report. DIII. Midwifery Study Program. Widyagama Husada College of Health Sciences Malang. Supervisor: 1. Jiarti Kusbandiyah, S.SiT.M.Kes 2.Yuniar Angelia P, S.SIT., M.Kes Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality Rates are a measure of the degree of health and success of health services in a country. In Indonesia the Maternal Mortality Rate reaches 306 per 100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate reaches 24 per 1000 live births. In Malang City the Mortality Rate reaches 80 people per 100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate reaches 14 per 1000 live births. The aim of the management of Comprehensive Midwifery Care in this thesis is that students are able to carry out midwifery Comprehensive Midwifery Care is carried out in July - August 2019 with 10 visits, namely 1 visit during pregnancy, 1 visit during labor, 2 visits to BBL, 4 times during the postpartum period, and 2 times family planning visits. Midwifery care is carried out using the Varney approach and documented by SOAP The results of care given to Mrs. "S" 22 years old GI P0000 Ab000 starting from 39 weeks 2 days gestation at BPM Ngadillah Sobirin, Amd.Keb did not experience any gaps. The delivery process in the first time lasted 5 hours. Stage II lasts 30 minutes spontaneously. Stage III injected oxytocin once and Stage IV went well so there were no gaps. Normal baby boys cry strong, active moves, body weight 3000 grams, body length 51 cm, APGAR score 7-8. The postpartum period is normal. The patient chose family planning for 3-month injection because it did not interfere with the process of breastfeeding and activity. It can be concluded that during the provision of Comprehensive Midwifery Care from Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, newborn, and family planning patients in physiological conditions ,. Midwives are advised to improve midwifery services for mothers starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns, and family planning in accordance with the standards of midwifery care.
