Abstract
SUMMARY Muhyi, Daniyah Nafisah. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "P" 25 Years old High Risk Pregnancy and Prematur Rupture of Membranes in PMB Anik Rohanjarwati, Amd. Keb Malang. Final Task DIII Midwifery Study Program Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor 1 :Jiarti Kusbandiyah,S.SiT., M.Kes. Advisor 2 :Waifti Amalia,S.ST., M.Keb. In Indonesia the number of Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate is 305 per 100,000 live births in 2016 and has decreased in 2018 which is 135 per 100,000 live births. Based on 2017 data, the Maternal and Infact Mortality Rate in East Java is 89.6 per 100,000 live births. This figure has decreased compared to 2016 which reached 93.52 per 100,000 live births. Government efforts to continue to reduce Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality Rate are increased through the quality of midwifery care services. The Midvery Care is by providing comprehensive midwifery care or continuity of care ranging from pregnancy to family planning services. The purpose of this study the writer can provide comprehensive midwifery care with a midwifery care management approach in order to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality. Comprehensive Midwifery Care at Mrs. "P" 25 years old at PMB Anik Rohanjarwati, Amd.Keb Pakis Malang Regency conducted from June to August 2019 carried out in Continuity of Care from the third trimester of pregnancy to family planning services. There were 13 visits, 4 times of pregnancy visits, 1 visit of childbirth, 4 visits childbirth, 2 visits of newborns and 2 visits of family planning services conducted according to midwifery care standards using Varney management and SOAP documentation (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Management). The results of comprehensive midwifery care given to Mrs. "P" with physiological pregnancy. 41 weeks gestational age and past the interpretation time. During labor there are pathological problems, as premature rupture of membranes. The care was taken in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes by induction of labor with drip oxytocin, after 6 hours the rupture of the membranes did not occur cervical opening, so cesarean section surgery should be performed. The process was smooth, mother and baby survived. The puerperium and lactation was normal. Ny.P newborn care was normal the umbilical cord was removed after 7 days. Mothers used implantable contraception and there were not side effects after contraception. The writer suggested Comprehensive Midwifery Care can be increased in accordance with the standards of Continuity Of Care Comprehensive Midwifery Care, so that, complications can be detected early to reduce Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality Rates.
