Abstract
SUMMARY Hudana, Anindya Septa. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "R”: 20 Years Old in Anik Basuki Amd.Keb Midwife Practitioner, at Pakis Regency of Malang. Final Task D-3 Midwifery Study Progam of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor: (1) Yuniar Angelia P,S.SiT., M.Kes Advisor: (2) Waifti Amalia,S.ST.,M.Keb Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is one of the main indicators of a country's health status. Based on the results of the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI) on 2016, the Indonesian Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) reached 305/100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) reached 23/1,000 live births. According to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target in 2030, it should be below 70/100,000 live births and IMR at least 12/1000 live births. The efforts made to improve the quality of health services to mothers and children are to conduct comprehensive midwifery care, so the midwives can monitor and detect the complications early. The purpose of this study is that students are able to provide comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy to family planning in order to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "R" is 20 years old at Anik Basuki, Amd Midwife Practitioner, at Pakis Regency of Malang conducted from April to July 2019 observation using Continuty of Care (COC) in the third trimester of pregnancy to family planning services. There were 13 visits consisting of 4 pregnancy visits, one visit of labor, 4 childbirth visits, 2 newborn visits and 2 family planning visits conducted according to midwifery care standards using Varney management and SOAP documentation (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Management). The results of the care given to Mrs. "R" from pregnancy to family planning services take place physiologically. Pregnancy care, labor, and post partum physiologically, mother used contraceptive 3 months injection it did not interfere with the smoothness of breast milk, female healthy babies, weight 4000 gr, body length 49 cm. The writer suggests Midwifery Continuity of Care in accordance with the standards, so, the complications can be detected early in order to improve the degree of service and diminish maternal mortality and infant mortality, so, midwives can increase their knowledge about pregnancy, labor, post partum, newborns and family planning.
