Abstract
ABSTRACT Renda, Anastasius. 2020. Literature Study of the correlation between Reward Systems and Job Satisfaction of Inpatient Nurses. Thesis. S1 Nursing Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Frengki Apriyanto., S.Kep., Ners., M.kep. (2) Rosly Zunaedi., S.Kep., Ners Background: Job satisfaction will affect employee behavior, including productivity, attendance, work accidents, relationships with superiors, turnover, and resignation. A good reward is beneficial to motivate employees to work well so as to increase productivity in their performance which has an impact on service quality. Objective: To examine the correlation between reward systems and job satisfaction of inpatient nurses. Methods: The research method used literature studies using articles From Google Scholar, Sciene Direct, proquest, pubMed, and Scopus database with the keyword "reward system OR job satisfaction, reward system OR job satisfaction". The literature were published in 2014-2019 in full text PDF and Scholarly format (peer reviewed journal). Results: Based on the 10 articles that have been analyzed, 4 articles mention that there is a correlation between the reward system and job satisfaction of inpatient nurses, 3 articles discuss the reward system and 3 articles discuss the job satisfaction of nurses. Conclusion: There is a positive influence between the reward system and job satisfaction of inpatient nurses. Referensce : 15 references (2015-2020) Keywords : Reward System, Job Satisfaction, Nurse.
