Open Defecation Free is a condition in which individual in the community no longer practice open defecation free, so it can reduce the spread of disease. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the success rate of Open Defecation Free in RW 15 Madyopuro Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang. The research method used was analytical observation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all heads of the families as many as 100 families. The sample in this study were 50 respondents The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. Analysis of the results of this study using logistic regression to determine the factors that affect the success rate of Open Defecation Free. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the succes of Open Defecation Free are education with a regression coefficient Value of 2.311 and knowledge with a regression coefficient Value of -3.179, mean that the socialty health condition is more protected because the spread of the diseases can be prevented by not doing Open Defecation Free.
