The physical environment is one of the important factors that leads the incident in the workplace. The work process of aluminum craftsmen shows a series of work that has an injury risk. The most common work accidents occur every year such as punctured by aluminum debris, hit by a drill at work, exposed to broken glass, and the fall of aluminum piles. The purpose of this study is determining the effect of physical environment factors on workplace accidents on aluminum craftsmen workers in Gadang Malang. The research design was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 20 respondents using total sampling techniques based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis of the results of the study used a logistic regression test to determine the effect of physical work environment factors on workplace accidents. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the factors that most influence the workplace accidents are age with a regression coefficient of 1.433 and humidity with a regression coefficient of -2.229. So the physical environment that significantly influences of work accidents on aluminum craftsmen workers in Gadang, Malang is humidity.
