Abstract
viiSUMMARYJaba, Beatriks Mude. 2018. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. "S" 30 Years Old at Soemidiyah Ipung, Amd. Keb. Midwife Pracfitioner in Arjosari Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: (1) Jiarti Kusbandiyah, S.SiT.M.Kes, (2) Septiana Juwita, S.SiT, MPHThe results of the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2016 revealed that Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia reached 135 / 100,000 liverbirths while infant Mortality Rate (IMR) reached35 / 100,000 liverbirths. The number of MMR in East Java is 93.58 / 100,000 liverbirths and IMR in East Java 85/1000 liverbirths. Mrs. "S" was a patient with KSPR 6 that was obtained from pregnancy score 2 and anemia in score 4. This was included as high-risk pregnancy with the Hb examination results was 8,4gr. This indicated that the mother had anemia or lack of blood . The purpose of the Continuity of Care (C0C) was to conduct the midwifery management approach in cases of pregnancy and labor, to reduce MMR and IMR.The care by COC to Mrs. "S" was carried out by visiting 4 times in the third trimester of 30-36 weeks' gestation at Mrs. "S "'s house. During labor, observations were made during I-IV using partograph. In the postpartum period, 4 visits wereperformed at 6 hours after labor, 4 days, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks. In newborn period, 2 visits were carried out, namely at 6 hours after labor and on day 4, and evaluation after the use of 3-month injection contraception on July 19 2018. The visit were done from April-July 2018.The results of care during pregnancy run physiologically, but there was a complaint of diarrhea on the fourth visit that was still normal. The labor process was normal and in the second stage an episiotomy was performed with indications of a large baby, and at the third stage there was 500 cc of bleeding due to the mother anemia. During postpartum, the involution process lasted normally. The care of newborn was normal. The baby was given breastfeading. After using 3-months injection ascontraception, mother and husband did not experience problems. It is expected that with COC care, mothers can increase awareness to have regular visit during the next pregnancy period, and complications can be detected as early as possible during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, neonatal and Family Planning.References : 20 references (2008-2016) Keywords : Pregnancy, labor, postnatal care, neonatal care, familyplanning
