Abstract

(2)Septiana Juwita, S.SiT, MPHOne thing that must be considered by health personnel until now is an effort to decrease Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia which is still quite high. According to the Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia(SDKI) in 2016, MMRreached 305 / 100,000 live births and the IMR reached 22.23 / 1,000 live births (Kemenkes RI, 2016). Efforts that can be taken by thegovernment and health personnel is improving the quality of health services for mothers and babies in Indonesia by performing comprehensivemidwifery care so that health personnel, especially midwifes,can monitor and detect early complications of mothers and babies. The purpose of this final task isthat students are able to provide comprehensivemidwiferycare from pregnancy until Family Planning to reduce MMRand IMR.ComprehensivemidwiferycaretoMrs."S" 22 yearsoldwas delivered continuously since April to July from third trimester of pregnancyuntilFamily Planningtrough12home visits.They werefour visits on pregnancy, one visit on labor, four visits on post-partum, two visits on neonatal care and two visits on Family Planning.It was carried out in accordance with the standards of comprehensive midwifery care using Varney framework with SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assesment, Management)documentation.Duringthe midwifery care toMrs. "S", it was obtained that the mother had abdominal massageandfeltdifficult to sleepat night, but it was still considered physiological. In the labor process, stage I until IV was normal.There was no sign of danger during postpartum. The baby was normal with 2900 gram weight, 49 cm body length and AS was 7-9. For Family Planning program, the mother preferredMAL (Method Amenorhea of Lactation)as the contraception. After doing comprehensive care from pregnancy until Familly Planning,serious problems was not found,all occuredphysiologically and management was in accordance with the theory.
